Increasing exercise at work

Following on my last post, I decided to use more the stairs.

I work in a three story building and I have to go up and down a lot. I used to do it using the elevator. I conciously decided to do it only by stairs so yesterday I counted how many stair steps I took: a total of 700. I just counted on the way up, so actually the real count is twice that. During the week I have done between 800 and 1500 stair step. Not too bad. And I get exercise while working. I think is a pretty good deal!!!

I can tell you at the end of the day when I go to sleep I could feel I have worked out my legs and I feel more tired.
